Refund policy

30-day fit guarantee

If your set doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the nails next to your fingers. We'll help you find the right size and send a set in your new size at a discounted exchange price. You can keep the first set.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, defective or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it in full, and you won't need to send anything back.

Unopened items

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Worn nails

For hygiene reasons, nails that have been applied can't be returned. If you have a fit problem, the fit guarantee above covers it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
