Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Our nails are hand-painted. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery takes 8–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund it in full.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before your order is prepared.
